But if the layout of your apartment or house provides only a small room for a bedroom, it does not matter either. The design of a small bedroom is a difficult work, but it is quite feasible for everyone.

An excellent solution would be to use an accented wall – bright patterned wallpaper behind the headboard, or highlighting this wall in a different color.

Sometimes the bedroom has so little space that it doesn’t even fit a wardrobe. In tiny bedrooms, it is better to put a chest of drawers instead of a wardrobe. Also, you can use a place near the bed – instead of bedside tables, you can install high shelves.

An excellent option for a small bedroom is a sliding wardrobe built into the wall, making its front doors mirrored. If some other furniture will fit in the bedroom, for example, a chair-chair or a small sofa, designers do not recommend using large catchy prints on the upholstery.

How to place a bed in a small bedroom?

In a small room, it is especially important to place the bed so that it does not block the passage, leaving at least a little space around it. Sometimes this is possible only if you put the bed near the wall with a window – this arrangement option cannot be called optimal, but it has its advantages – bright natural lighting near the central place in the bedroom.
