Triclinium was a festive piece of furniture. The ancient Romans used it for receiving guests and entertaining. They ate, drank, rested, leaned back, and held debates. It was a place for both politics and pleasure.
Today there are new ways to use sofas in our daily life. The sofa began to take center stage in the house. On it we read, doze, work, hug with family, watch TV, eat.

The Triclinium sofa creates with upholstery and cushions a flexible, changing landscape for your home that your family and friends will love. If guests want to linger, the sofa can be used as a sofa bed. The weave material also allows it to be placed outdoors as a day bed.

Chair-couch Imba from Moroso
The Imba couch has been created by playfully interweaving two foldable contours. The rectangle of the inner contour is covered with fabric, which makes the seat and backrest very comfortable. The outer contour of the couch, gently contouring the seat, forms a semi-open space, creating a little privacy along with sufficient openness of the chair.
Designed in Dakar, Africa, the couch is by Federica Capitani. It was an attempt to bring the warmth and quality of the unique handcrafted pieces to the collection. Furniture like this invites you to relax or just chat with friends..

Mark Thorpe’s inspiration for the garden bench was maize husks. The fields of corn expressively highlight the landscape of northern Italy, especially near the city of Udine. Corn in various forms is used globally in different parts of the world.
For Thorpe, it was an opportunity to transform the husk of the corn cob into a universally recognized and accepted daily commodity. Shelukha’s design for the Moroso home furniture collection became the prototype for the international outdoor furniture collection M’Afrique (production Dakar, Senegal).

«The idea to create a Senegalese letter-shaped chair «ABOUT» came to me from an amulet that my daughter made for my birthday. I also liked it because it was made of such simple handy materials..
It reminded me of the opportunity we had in Senegal – weaving by hand on simple looms. I imagined that the circle turns into a huge back, which, while sitting, will surround you like a halo,» – told by designer Tord Buntje.
