We present to your attention an original candlestick decor, which is easy to make with your own hands. It will look great in any interior, and thanks to a fresh sprig of greenery (in this case, rosemary) will give a light aroma in the air..
The warmth of the candle warms the freshly cut rosemary and exudes its scent. You can use any greenery to decorate the candlestick, even twigs of evergreen trees (their resinous aroma will be especially divinely fragrant).
To decorate the candlestick we need:
- 7-10 cm wooden cube,
- fabric (we used burlap),
- hot or regular glue,
- nails,
- candlestick with candle,
- sprigs of greenery.
Lightly sand the cube if there are sharp corners or uneven surfaces. Cut 7-10 cm squares of fabric and glue to each side of the cube. Drive in the nails partially in a circle on one side of the cube so that the candlestick fits.
Wind the green twig around the ring of carnations and place the candlestick inside.
You can also make candlestick decor without a sprig of greenery.
