Architecture firm M-Rad has unveiled the concept of a sports complex it plans to build in Las Vegas. On its territory there will be a park for extreme sports and 3 towers built from old shipping containers.
Each of the three towers will have a different purpose: a hotel, retail space and food production. The container hotel is designed for 60 rooms. The second building will house the most famous fashion brands. Well, the third building will be a kind of farm for the production of organic products.
They plan to make a real farm in the tower from containers.
The project involves the introduction of the installation of alternative energy sources, in particular solar and wind. Thus, the complex will be able to provide itself with energy by 80 percent..

The future sports park will offer visitors a shallow lake with beach cabins, six cross-country trails, skate parks, five surfing locations.
The area of the future sports complex will be 17 hectares, and its cost – $ 50 million.
