A nut topiary can replace both the usual flower pot and the flower arrangement in a traditional vase in the interior. Such a decoration is especially suitable for lovers of rustic, Scandinavian, eco and others “natural” styles.
Making a tree of happiness with your own hands is not difficult if you adhere to the correct sequence in work and accuracy. In the choice of materials, you are limited only by your imagination. These can be sea stones, shells, semi-precious stones, fillets. One of the easiest to make is nut topiary.
What you need to work:
- planter or flower pot;
- branches or twigs of wood;
- material “floristic oasis”;
- walnuts;
- a ball of rope;
- White paint;
- brushes;
- glue.
To make a tree of happiness with your own hands, first cut branches or wooden sticks (you can take cheap disposable Chinese chopsticks, varibashi). The length of the segments should be equal to the height of the flower pot or planter.
Decorating the pot in which we will place the nut topiary, we start with making “raft”, tying together with twine pre-cut twigs or twigs.
Then we fold three twigs and wrap with twine, on top we strengthen the rope ball.
