House with panoramic windows for one family of 500 m2 located in the residential area Bellaterra, near Barcelona.
The aim of the project was to transform the classic forms of the house and the interior narrow space into a modern home with wide and spacious rooms, completely redistribute the interior of the house, make the reconstruction of the existing facades and the external design of the terrace, pool and garden. For this, the facades were improved, their geometry was leveled, the volume of the house was expanded, and new panoramic timber windows were created, which make it possible to establish connections between the external and internal spaces of the housing..
The interior decoration of the house with panoramic windows is made of pure Sahel limestone and polished Etimoe wood, it creates a light and warm atmosphere of the house.
The garden has a grand staircase, a large terrace in stone, an overlooking pool and a sunbathing area.
