The house is 300 square meters built on a very long and narrow sloping plot of 940 square meters. Proportions were one of the generators for the design of a one-story house.
The dream of the residents of the house was clearly defined: “A strong connection between indoor and outdoor space and a huge courtyard associated with the main house. A home that will not stand out too much in its surroundings.”.
Concrete is one of the main design materials of a one-story home and is used in a unique way – thin cement surfaces form kitchen countertops and wrap the kitchen island, cover window sills, bathroom surfaces and garden benches.
