The designers created a unique log interior, which they tried to breathe new life into the Russian folk style. The basis of the house has become a real blockhouse made of thick logs, so characteristic of Russia for many centuries.
The house was surrounded on all sides by a large terrace made of moisture resistant wood – larch. For safety, fences are made, almost invisible, because they are glass.
To the right of the entrance is an outdoor bathroom, also made of logs. A real spa center is hidden behind the house – a pool and a hydro-massage bathtub, which is so nice to plunge into after visiting a Russian bath.
Inside, the house is filled with exclusive, expensive items collected from all over the world. In the living room, the main attention is taken by the chimney – it is designer, very modern, but does not look like some foreign object in the interior of a wooden house made of logs.
Arranged around the fireplace are hemp-shaped stools made in an Italian factory and ergonomically shaped designer chairs.
The living room itself is divided into functional zones: a fireplace room where guests and family members can gather, which is a kind of “business card” at home, a dining room, which includes a bar counter, a TV set with a sofa and multimedia equipment, and a kitchen with everything for cooking.
An unexpected solution for a log interior is huge floor-length windows and high ceilings, due to which the walls seem to move apart, and the house looks very spacious from the inside. On clear days, the sun literally floods it, penetrating into every corner, therefore, to give the room comfort, very thick curtains were hung on the windows.
The dining group is positioned in such a way that it allows those seated at the table to enjoy the view of the forest through the large windows.
Ceiling lamps are responsible for the evening lighting, and the kitchen area is additionally highlighted with an elegant suspension of a complex curved shape. The kitchen area is equipped with modern appliances that are not striking, and do their job well.

A stump, covered with a glass table top, acts as a coffee table – it is almost invisible and does not interfere with the perception of the structure of the tree, and at the same time it has become much more convenient to use the table.

The Russian log interior cannot do without a stove – and here it is. In the old days, stoves in rich houses were tiled with tiles; in modern conditions, the designer preferred lining with onyx and granite slabs.
The stove is not simple, with a secret: along it, like on a ladder, you can climb to a small window, and climb through it to the attic. There is also an extra bed on the stove.
The whole house has oak floors, and the boards for them are artificially aged. In the bedroom there is a wide bed and a wardrobe of interesting texture, which seems to be covered with ripples.
The interior of a wooden house made of logs is very cozy at any time of the day: during the day it is perfectly illuminated by natural light, and in the evenings – by an ensemble of lamps of famous companies. Thanks to the use of transparent elements in furniture, for example, a desk and a sideboard, even in small rooms there is no feeling of cramped.
The bathroom has not only standard washbasins, a toilet and a shower cabin for this purpose, it is also a real Russian bath. From it you can get to the courtyard, to the home spa.
The bathroom walls are also logs, and all the plumbing is floor-mounted and looks very minimalist.
